The cost of framing is a hard question to answer as we have many different styles of frame which have varying prices.
I would say that you can have your photo framed for as little as £16 and that is still by a professional framer.
To give you a better idea though to frame a 10 x 8 photo with in a large 3½ mount giving a total framed picture size of 17 x 15 would be in the region £26.50 - £50.00 depending on the frame style.
You may think you want the cheap supermarket frame but low-cost framing can actually damage or reduce the life your photograph.
I think that you will want to keep your images to pass to future generations.
